We process orders within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 5一8 business days to anywhere in the US. Remote areas (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico) may take an additional 2–3 business days.
Shipping costs are based on your order total: • Orders under $85: $15.99 • Orders $85 and over: FREE
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
If your shoes don't fit quite right, you can return them for a refund within 30 days of delivery. We recommend using our Size Guide before placing an order — it includes foot length, width, and circumference measurements to help you find the perfect fit. Tip for wide feet: If you have a wider foot or higher instep, we recommend going one size up for extra comfort.
Yes. You can return any unworn item within 30 days of delivery. Please email us at support@[yourdomain].com to initiate a return. A return shipping label will be provided for $9.99, which will be deducted from your refund.
Final sale items (such as gift cards or any promotional discount items) cannot be returned. All international orders are final sale as well.
This rarely happens, but if it does, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the defect. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only accept cancellations within 2 hours of placing the order — all orders placed after that will already be in processing.
We recommend measuring your foot length, width, and circumference before ordering. A detailed Size Guide is available on our website based on US, EU, and UK sizing standards. You can also refer to our real customer tips for narrow, standard, and wide feet.
Most of our shoes fit true to size. However, some styles with woven or elastic bands tend to be more forgiving. If your foot is between sizes or slightly wider, please consider sizing up for a comfortable fit.
• Leather & suede: Use a soft cloth and leather cleaner. Avoid water and direct heat. • Woven & fabric: Gently hand wash with mild soap and air dry. Do not machine wash. • Jelly & PVC: Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Avoid prolonged exposure to high heat.
We partner with USPS, UPS, and local couriers to ensure reliable tracking and safe delivery across the US. Our 5–8 day timeframe is standard for the national shipping network we use — every package is fully trackable from our warehouse to your door.
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order through your account or at the carrier's website.
