SHIPPING & RETURNS 

SHIPPING

We want you to receive your new favorite slides as quickly and conveniently as possible. All orders are processed and shipped directly from our fulfillment centers in the US.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is on the way.

 

Delivery Time

Once shipped, standard delivery takes 8-12 business days for US destinations (some remote areas may take slightly longer). We use USPS, UPS, and local couriers to ensure reliable and fast service to your doorstep.

Remote Addresses

For remote locations (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico), please allow 2–3 extra business days. We do not ship to APO/FPO military addresses.

RETURNS

 

We want you to love your shoes. If for any reason you’re not 100% satisfied, you may return your unworn items within 30 days of the delivery date.

 

How to return an item

1. Email us at kosastep@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for return.

2. We will send you a return shipping label for $9.99 (deducted from your refund), or you may use your own carrier.

3. Simply package the shoes in their original box, attach the return label, and drop it off at any USPS / UPS location.

4. Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

 

Return Requirements

·   Items must be returned in original, unworn condition inside their original shoe box and packaging.

·   Returns received outside the 30-day window or without the original box / worn condition will not be accepted and may be shipped back to you at your expense.

·   Final sale items (if applicable) cannot be returned.

 

Refunds & Exchanges

·   Refunds – We will refund your original payment method (excluding the $9.99 return shipping fee).

·   Exchanges – If you need a different size or style, please initiate a return and place a new order for the correct item. This ensures faster processing.

·   Shipping Damage / Defects – If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

 

   ⚠ Important notes

  • All international orders (outside the US) and purchases made with gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

  • Order cancellation is only possible within 2 hours of placement. After this time, orders are already in processing.
